You really just need to be honest. No one likes to be lied to. Just simply tell them you think they're a good person and you don't want to hurt them, but you're not interested in the friendship they're trying to get with you. If they get upset, don't blame yourself. Fall Out Boy says it best - ';I don't blame you for being you, but you can't blame me for hating it.';
Y don't you just give those people a chance? They might actually turn out to be ur best of friends. And if things don't work out between the 2 or 3 or more of you all, u can just talk things over with them. But if u REALLY wanna b alone then just tell them how u feel abt this and they might understand. All the luck I cn give
