hey people, i hope this isnt a creepy question but there is this girl that i would really like to be friends with and i want to put in an effort to be friends with her but i only have her phone number and i dont really see her in my neighborhood even though she lives like a few blocks away so what can i do to either aproach her by text or whatever, just become friends?How to make friends with someone with only their phone number?
