Not always, but yes, it can and does happen. It's unlikely to be a smooth transition from love to friendship. Not really. I still sort of feel that way about her and I guess that's why I get so mad at her easily. But at the same time, I don't feel as deeply as I use to. The best way is to start dating. If you value the friendship, maybe distance yourself a bit and date. Otherwise you're bound to keep hurting!
yeah, theres a kind of a glitch there for a while, but its possible. its remembering why you liked the person in the first place, and no matter what you went thru together, they are still that person.
