Is it possible to be only friends with someone you love?

Because it is impossible to be together, unfortunatelly. Is it possible to supress the feelings and be only friends? I think I would not manage it. How??? Pls, help.Is it possible to be only friends with someone you love?
If you know they are someone you cannot have and they are someone you NEED in your life then you shall find a way - its gunna suck but its better than not being friends at all - I never wanna loose my friends and i can imagine that having a friend you love will just increase that need not to loose friends - give it time your feelings may change...Is it possible to be only friends with someone you love?
i don't think you can just be friends if you still have feelings for that person you would always be wanting to be hugged or kissed and you just don't feel like you can move on. im not saying you can never be good friends just not while you still have more than friends feelings for them. i couldn't do it but hey in a few months you might find it easier to be just friends
it's extremely difficult but it can happen if you're strong enough.


why can't you be together?
Yes done it before...just be careful it doesn't become a friends with benefits situation.

It could be possible - I suppose if you love them enough you'll want to be with them in any way... even if it's only as a friend.
